We are looking for a barista with a passion for specialty coffee and a focus on hospitality to join our team at Michette.
Requirements:
- Knowledge and understanding of specialty coffee / tea, with at least one year barista experience strongly preferred.
- Prepare coffee and tea to the highest standards, including dialing drip coffee and espresso, and foaming milk correctly.
- Understand all the equipment, including the grinders and espresso machine and maintain these machines
- Maintain cleanliness and restock inventory as needed.
- Proficient use of POS
- Organizational skills, managing inventory and coordinate with our baking team.
- Exceptional customer service to ensure every guest feels the love and warmth of our bakery.
- Early mornings starts and at least one weekend day
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)

Michette is looking for a pastry baker comfortable working in high-volume artisan production baking. The right individual will be comfortable producing pastry and viennoiseries from start to finish, ensuring that all products going on our shelves meet our quality standards. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with exceptional ingredients and make outstanding products.
Requirements:
- One year of experience in an artisanal bakery or similar environment, with pastry and viennoiserie/lamination preferred.
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
- Availability to work early mornings and on weekends
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance
- Must understand knowledge of high quality products and be passionate about bread, viennoiserie and pastry
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs.
